After a successful 25-year career in both sales and management with the Irving owned Daily Gleaner newspaper Dana began his real estate career in 2003.

In 2014 after 11 years in real estate sales the management bug once again bit Dana as he was offered a position as general manager  for EXIT Realty Advantage.
